WalkUpJams allows you to upload custom audio files and team rosters to our cloud service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, ensuring you have the right to use and share the audio content within your team context.
WalkUpJams integrates with streaming providers like Apple Music and Spotify. By connecting your streaming accounts, you agree to their respective terms of service. Additionally, our AI Announcer feature utilizes external text-to-speech engines to generate audio. Your announcement scripts are processed securely by these engines, but you are not required to hold individual accounts or agreements with those specific sub-processors.
WalkUpJams is provided "as is". We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed walk-up songs during important at-bats.
