Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to WalkUpJams, a product of Walk-Off Works Inc. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information Walk-Off Works Inc. may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the WalkUpJams app, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. No Advertising Tracking & No Data Sales

Our business model is built on providing a premium utility, not on harvesting your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build marketing profiles about you, and we will never sell your personal data.

To protect our service and prevent abuse, we may collect limited, pseudonymous usage information when you use certain cloud features (see Section 4).

3. Apple Music and Spotify Integration

WalkUpJams integrates with Apple Music and Spotify APIs to allow you to play walk-up songs. We do not collect or store your Apple ID or Spotify password. Any authorization tokens are stored on your device. We do not sell your data.

4. Cloud Services, Usage Logging, & Abuse Prevention

If you choose to use our cloud features (such as Cloud Sync/backup, sharing via share codes, hype music downloads, or AI Voice generation), certain data may be sent to and stored on our servers (hosted on Cloudflare) to provide the feature.

In addition, we may collect non-marketing usage logs for security purposes and to prevent abuse. These logs are designed to be pseudonymous and may include a random app-install identifier, timestamps, the type of request (for example: upload, download, AI voice generation), and basic technical metrics (for example: counts, file names requested, or text length). We use this information to help keep the service reliable, detect automated abuse, and support users.

Team rosters and player metadata (such as names and jersey numbers) and any custom audio files you choose to sync may be uploaded and stored to enable syncing across devices and sharing with your team. This data is not sold.

5. AI Voices

If you utilize the AI Announcer tool, the text you enter for announcements is processed by ElevenLabs via our proxy for the purpose of generating audio. We do not store the full announcement text in our usage logs; we may log limited metadata such as the length of the text and a pseudonymous app-install identifier to protect the service and prevent abuse.

6. Subprocessors

We use certain trusted third parties (subprocessors) to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Current subprocessors include:

7. European Economic Area Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include:
